We understand you may be concerned about using a taxi during the Covid-19 outbreak. Here at Scottish Transfers we’ve taken steps to ensure the wellbeing of our passengers and drivers:
We have advised drivers to avoid shaking hands with customers when meeting them, and to clean all surfaces within the vehicles after each journey. You may notice vehicles have a certain chemical smell when you enter for which we apologise. Please use hand sanitisers when available and tissues when needed.
If you would prefer the driver to open and close your door, or not to handle your luggage, please ask and they’ll be happy to assist.
Refund Policy Update
All bookings made directly with Scottish Transfers may be refunded in full up to the point at which a car is dispatched. Many booking agencies offer no refund within seven or fourteen days of travel but we do understand that given the nature of the current situation plans can and will change at short notice. As such refunds will be issued in full as long as no costs have been incurred, such as drivers having been dispatched or attractions having been booked for tours.
